Young Adult Lab: Eco-printing

Eco-printing is a natural dyeing technique that creates beautiful, one-of-a-kind patterns by pressing leaves, flowers, and plants directly onto fabric. In this hands-on workshop, young adults will learn to prepare materials, arrange botanicals on cloth, and use heat and moisture to transfer nature's colors and shapes. It's a creative, low-mess introduction to sustainable art-making that combines science, design, and environmental awareness. Participants leave with their own printed textile to keep.
