First Friday: An American Experience Exhibition
American history exhibition during First Friday at Sharonville Cultural Arts Center.
Mark your calendar for a monthlong celebration of America's 250th anniversary at the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center. The festivities launch during First Friday with an evening dedicated to Americana-inspired art, local history, and hands-on experiences the whole family can enjoy together. You'll have the chance to explore the American Experience Exhibition, where regional artists share their unique perspectives on identity, history, and life in America. The center also partners with the Society of Historic Sharonville to display historic photographs and artifacts that tell the story of the community's past.
One highlight you won't want to miss is Betsy the Eagle—a one-of-a-kind community art installation created feather by feather by local residents. As you wander through the galleries, you can enjoy complimentary refreshments while soaking in the artwork and celebrating local creativity. This event is completely free and runs from early July through August, with extended gallery hours throughout the week, so families can visit at a time that works best for them.
