Dublin Community Repair Café

Join Dublin's inaugural Community Repair Café, a volunteer-run event where you can bring broken or worn household items to be fixed by skilled volunteers. Whether it's jewelry, clothing, bikes, clocks, electronics, or vacuum cleaners, this is your chance to give items a second life instead of tossing them out. The event was created as an Eagle Scout project and celebrates the spirit of hands-on community service while helping reduce waste in our neighborhood. Bring your broken treasures to the Dublin Community Recreation Center and spend a few hours watching experts work their magic. You can register in advance or simply drop in—volunteers and attendees are both welcome. It's a great way for families to learn about repair, meet neighbors, and discover that many everyday items are worth saving.
