Bookmobile Visit | Parqwood Apartments

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's Bookmobile will be pulling up to serve your community with a full collection of reading materials right at your doorstep. You and your family can browse books, DVDs, CDs, and large-print titles, then check out items on the spot. Librarians will be available to help you sign up for a library card if you need one, offer personalized book recommendations, or place holds on materials for future visits. Anything you borrow can be returned either on the Bookmobile itself or at any TLCPL branch location. The Bookmobile is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a wheelchair lift and dedicated accessible entrance, handrails throughout, and a 40-inch-wide aisle for easier movement. The space is compact, so expect a snug environment—especially during busier times—and be prepared for minor vehicle movement as people board. The interior is well-lit with natural light from windows, and the temperature will depend on weather and the vehicle's climate control.
