Join Aquatic Adventures Ohio for a unique volunteer cleanup at Blue Limestone Park's quarry pond. This inaugural event in the Central Ohio area brings together snorkelers, certified divers, and community volunteers to remove debris from the water and shoreline. It's a hands-on way to support environmental stewardship while helping protect a local waterway. The cleanup is organized into different roles based on comfort level and certification. Snorkelers work in buddy pairs and small groups to collect accessible debris in shallow water, while dive professionals handle larger or harder-to-reach items. If you prefer to stay on shore, you can help with shoreline cleanup and sorting collected materials. Due to safety and water conditions, anyone participating in the water must be a certified diver, freediver, or have completed a snorkeling course. Whether you're diving in or lending a hand from the sidelines, this is a great opportunity to give back to your community.
