14th Columbus Black Theatre Festival Voices of Triumph

14th Columbus Black Theatre Festival celebration of triumph & voices.

The 14th Annual Columbus Black Theatre Festival celebrates powerful stories of resilience and triumph through a carefully curated selection of theatrical performances. Running across three days in early July, the festival features seven different plays that embody this year's theme: *Still Standing Strong: Voices of Triumph*. The lineup includes *American Myths*, *Poll Tax for Sista Blu*, *Ibanuje*, *Anne Frank Society*, *T-M-I*, *When the Train Stops*, and *Cheers to Resilience*. All performances take place at the Van Fleet Theater. Families looking for culturally enriching entertainment will find meaningful theater that explores important themes and stories. On the first day, attendees can also enjoy a special performance by The Next Move Dance Company, adding an extra dimension to the opening celebration. This is a great opportunity to expose children and teens to diverse theatrical voices and compelling narratives performed by talented artists in your community.
